'Made In Chester' Private View Launch
Last Friday (8th November) saw the launch of Made In Chester at the Grosvenor Museum.
Talks were given by Sally Buttifant MBE and Nicky Thompson, who spoke of his inspiration and the work of artist Frank Henry Mason.
After refreshments, guests were shown around the 24 artworks in Gallery 2 and presented with a ‘Made In Chester’ goody bag.
Nicky said:
“It’s been a lovely evening, it’s nice to finally see the artworks hanging in the gallery.”
The show runs until the 15th March and is free to enter. Various merchandise, including posters, calendars, framed prints and postcard sets are available in the newly refurbished museum shop.
